I'm going to be blunt and say I was skeptical about the cash pay model at first, and I have never been more glad to be so wrong. The individualized attention I get in my appointments with Amy is worth its weight in gold — I have a condition that affects my whole body, and I have a lot to do to work myself back into a good place physically. They definitely take into account the full picture here, and build up a program for you with attention to your needs and your rate of progress. After dealing with an injury for one year, and trying so many fixes and other PT, Julie zeroed in on my issue and targeted it with precise exercises that both started improving my injury and also gave me tools to provide relief. Also gave me great advice about what general exercise to do , which to limit, and what to avoid. Was most impressed her ability to distill every symptom every reaction to movements and understand what it meant and how do address it.
I have been working with Amy to address some chronic muscular imbalances and weakness in my lower extremities. Amy has been extremely patient and thorough throughout this process and has helped me fine-tune a LOT of my movement patterns to make me a more efficient and balanced runner. She has given me many unique exercises to address specific compensations that I have been using over the past few years. Under her guidance, I am gradually recovering long-lost fluidity and rhythm in my running.
