Tried Park Hills Animal Hospital on a recommendation and had a fantastic vet experience. Place is very clean, staff friendly, prices reasonable. Best part is the super-knowledgeable Dr. De-Paepe who we know from seeing many of our pets in the past, and always gave them excellent care.

Originally went to this place based on the splendid reviews, upon the first visit i brought in my new puppy (8 months old) to establish herself with a vet for an annual exam and paid for a fecal test as well as preventive dewormer. i was charged only $61 dollars for the original fecal testing. results came back positive, they charged me an additional $60 for dewormer and was told to come back in 10 days for results. their systems were down so i could not pay that day but i had asked how much it would be to leave my card information for them to charge on the next business day. the VET TECH said it would be the same test and charge $61 to the card and that was the only verbal authorization i permitted them to charge my card with. i was then charged $91 for a fecal test. not being seen, not even seeing the vet. i dropped of a sample to the front desk and was charged $30 less of what i was charged for my initial exam. just for them to call me a WEEK later to tell me the medicine they prescribed did not work and they would like to charge me for their negligence and mistake since they don’t think they dosed her correctly due to her weight. THIS PLACE IS MONEY HUNGRY. i strongly urge if your pet is not experiencing a medical emergency to utilize vetco, banfield and shot vet clinics as they will literally preform the same testing and exams for half the price and get actual treatments that work.

It was very easy to make an appointment and the staff who answered were very pleasant. The vet tech was very nice and Dr Crandall took his time with us. Great Place.

Great place, I have nothing bad to say. It's always a pleasure to go there. We have been going there for many years. They've taken care of our last 5 plus animals. Anyone that we recommend to go there absolutely loves the service given.

While I am so sad that Dr Camay has retired and wish I would have been informed about it…I love Dr Sabine. She is kind and caring and so easy to talk to. She is a wonderful addition to park hills.
