When rebuilding my home on the North Shore of Nassau County, I put the project out to bid with 12 general contractors including Jay of East Coast Construction. Irrefragably, Jay produced the most comprehensive and detailed bid out of every general contractor that I engaged with. Every line item was broken down, (i.e. each electric switch, window, etc. had a dollar amount)His transparency is truly unmatched in a field where most contracts pad and add margins to each line of supplies, in addition to their profit line.
