Dr. Ma is not only highly knowledgeable, but also ensures that the entire process is smooth, quick, and reassuring. I’ve never waited more than five minutes to be called in to see the doctor. They’re always on time, very friendly staff and a very efficiently run office. Dr. Gratch and Dr. Camp are Personable and very kind.

Dr.Gratch and his office are fantastic. They are thorough, quick, efficient and wait time is minimal. Dr Gratch is knowledgeable and personable. I have never had an issue getting an appointment when it was convenient for me. I highly recommend this physician and office for care!

When my skin problem started, I went to a dermatology office in Great River, and they did nothing for me except tell me to use an OTC cream, which we both knew didn't help much. They just wanted the $20 and "have a nice day." Two months later, I decided to make an appointment at MDCS in Commack, and it's different here. I went there under a lot of stress, and this didn't help my skin issues - it made them worse. Dr. Penzi listens to you, shows great empathy, and has great ideas for approaching the problem. Haley, the PA, is also great at what she does, is just as easy to talk with, and is equally compassionate and friendly as Dr. Penzi. I briefly met with Dr. Gratch, so I can't say much about him yet. He listened to what I had to say, though we didn't have time to discuss everything thoroughly. He seemed busy, so I look forward to continuing the conversation when we have more time. The ladies at the front desk are very friendly and helpful and a pleasure to chat with.
