Couldn't recommend these guys more. The trainers curate fitness plans for every client really geared to whatever that person's fitness goal is, even if it's simply getting into better shape. I've seen people at every level of fitness in there and everyone is always having a blast. The trainers really listen, stress health and avoiding injury, and it's hands down the best gym/fitness experience I've ever had.
As an older man -- well, let's just say an old guy -- I was apprehensive about starting my physical training, which everyone, including my doctors, recommended. I need not have worried. My trainer Max knew just what to start me with, what to avoid in the beginning, and what to encourage throughout the training. In addition, he's easy to talk to, and we not only do the work but share many laughs. In the two years I've been doing this I've been happiest about about what so far has been most helpful, the increase in my upper body strength. Additionally, I feel real improvement in leg, hip and lower back mobility.
This review is specifically for Aggie: I did 8 personal training sessions with her and I'm so glad I did. I feel like I've already taken some steps towards becoming healthier not just by exercising and stretching more, but also by eating better. She's incredibly patient, funny and fun, and tailors integrated workouts to exactly what your body needs and what you enjoy. The hour would fly by because we enjoyed our sessions so much. She even recorded me doing all my favorite exercises so I can continue to do them on my own at home. I've always hated the gym and now I feel a bit more confident about walking into one and knowing what to do. As a facility, this felt like a very inclusive and nonjudgemental space. I saw people of all ages training in there - even high school kids. Highly recommend it. Thanks Aggie, you're the best!
