Kate is absolutely amazing. Always makes me feel comfortable in her chair and feel beautiful when I leave the chair :)
I came in today after a long time of growing my hair out and occasional at-home trims. I was ready to get my hair back to a nicer and healthier look. Kate has cut my hair multiple times in the past and I knew she could help me. I’m so amazed with how she cut and styled my hair. I had just dyed it back to my root color so it was super refreshing to have everything come together. Thank you again, Kate. I can’t stop looking at my new hair :D

I had my hair cut in your location. Im happy to see you employee disabled people however it's a little hard to cut hair if you sit. My husband was disappointed my hair is very uneven, and my husband isn't sure why he agreed to cut my hair as a walk in. I was not aware my hair was uneven until I had came home, I didn't put my glasses on in the salon.

I discovered Lemon Tree after a disappointing haircut received elsewhere last year. Kate was very kind and truly listened to my requests. My hair is baby fine, but I have a lot of it! Kate helped make it look so full and bouncy.

I came in for a balayage hoping to go lighter, but unfortunately, my experience was really disappointing. The stylist was insistent on doing a root touch-up, she strongly recommended it and assured me it would help blend everything and give the result I was looking for. I trusted her professional opinion, but unfortunately, the root touch-up was applied all over, which ended up darkening my hair instead. It was not at all what I wanted, and the expected results didn’t come through. I was in the salon for over almost 5 hours hours, and while I understand that hair takes time, the results just didn’t reflect what I wanted.

When I shared my concerns, I felt like I was being guilt tripped The stylist told me I was making her feel unconfident and kept repeating things like “you never know with hair” and “you have a lot of hair,” rather than taking accountability. It made it really uncomfortable to even speak up.

She tried to fix the color by bleaching it but the outcome still wasn’t what I was looking for. On top of that, the way my hair was styled at the end wasn’t what I asked for.

I don’t like leaving negative reviews, but I think it’s important to be honest. I left feeling disappointed.

I decided to give Lemon Tree Hair Salon in Clifton Park, NY a try today, and I’m so glad I did! I made an appointment with Rose based on the positive reviews I read. After telling her what I wanted and showing her a couple of pictures, she got to work and gave me precisely what I asked for! Rose is friendly, attentive, and professional. Thanks, Rose, I will be back!

Don’t want to be too harsh, fiancé went in for a blowout and came out crying. Stylist didn’t get up from the chair. Paid to have her hair washed and dried without a blow dryer. Again I don’t want to hate on someone’s business but very disappointed.

Brought my soon to be 2 year old son for a haircut tonight. We’ve been a few times before and had good experiences but had Kelly today. She was using buzzers and my son moved and it gave him a bald spot. Then to “correct” it she basically shaved the back of his head. I did not ask for a fade or anything just said to clean it up and go a little shorter. Now it just looks so choppy and blunt. She may be better with older kids/adults but not young kids.

I bring my 2 year old son to get his hair cut here and they do an absolute fantastic job with kids! The stylists there are patient, attentive and caring. I strong recommend, especially for kids!

Rosanna was great! I just wanted a simple haircut -nothing too expensive. She understood completely. I was impressed with the results. I will go back for sure! Next time I’ll try a moisturizer treatment with my cut.
