Ordering work for a house can be nerve-wracking and full of pitfalls, but Affordable Roofing, and Andrei in particular, were confidence-inspiring. Andrei was excellent at keeping track of everything he had agreed to do, so I was able to relax and let them get the job done (which they did carefully and well).

I have a dormer that had been damaged on a 73 year old house. In addition to replacing the clapboard with vinyl siding and repairing sheetrock, a load bearing member needed to be replaced as well. I wanted the roof material and two windows replaced. I chose Affordable Roofing for providing the best value for the type of material to be used, the labor involved and, importantly, removal of debris. Andrei, the project manager, was very good to talk to and was methodical at evaluating the job. David, the business manager, communicated well and quickly provided the cost sheet, how long the crew would be onsite and projected timeline for completion of the job. Andrei is great at explaining what needs to be done. I had another contractor who completed a new roof a few years back and had some issues with leaks. The contractor did not get to the root of the issue, which was a leak that kept leaking. Affordable roofing assessed the problem and the job was completed correctly. Looking back, I wish I would have hired affordable roofing to replace my roof.
