If I could give more than five stars, I would! Tom is incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and patient. He worked wonders with our shy, timid, and anxious two-year-old rescue pup, helping her build confidence beyond what we ever imagined. Tom seems to have a solution for almost every behavior challenge, and his approach truly works. Every dog—and every dog parent—would benefit from training with Tom. Highly recommend! ?

We took our 3 year old German Shepherd to Tom for 6 weeks due to some behavioral problems at home. We had done prior training when he was a puppy so we weren't starting completely from scratch, but he definitely needed some more guidance and we needed new tools and strategies. The transformation we saw after just a couple weeks was astounding, and using the e-collar has been a total game changer for us. Tom was also nothing but professional and friendly with us. He heard every problem we presented as something we wanted to improve and quickly offered solutions and worked with us to understand how to navigate them. We cannot recommend Tom and SMS enough!!

I can not say enough about Tom . I have an 11 year old Lab that had leash aggression . Taking him for a walk was a nightmare . After working with Tom the transformation is just unbelievable ! I had worked with several other trainers and it was nothing but a waste of money . It was truly a wonderful experience working with Tom I can now take my dog on a walk with no more pulling , grumbling or acting crazy . My only regret is that I didn’t find him sooner . Highly recommend working with him . He is profession and helpful every step of his way !
