Honestly, I don’t write reviews, but I am certain that I would agree with all the five star reviewers of BAM Acupuncture. So, this is more of a thank you message to Jonathan and his team, shout out to Kristen and Melissa, for all their kindness, warmth, and skills, and they most certainly deserve the recognition. Forgive me if I sound like a fan girl here, but Jonathan is welcoming, thoughtful, a good listener, has a fun sense of humor, and doles out wise advice when asked, all the attributes you would want in a care giver, but, mainly, I write this so that people who read reviews know that he “fixed” me. I can walk without a painful limp now. Without hesitation, I would recommend BAM Acupuncture, and I write this with heartfelt gratitude.

The moment we first walked into BAM we knew we were in the right place. My husband has neuropathy and he was given a comprehensive evaluation and went over treatment plan. While nearing the end of treatment he has regained feeling in his feet. I was treated for arthritis, my mobility is improved as well as my balance. Treatment is painless. Jonathan and his staff are very caring and professional. We would highly recommend acupuncture treatment.

My gratitude for the team at BAM Acupuncture is truly beyond words. I came in this summer seeking relief from a Morton's Neuroma that had been causing me pain for 18 months. I was convinced surgery would be my only option, but I decided to try acupuncture as a last resort before committing to something invasive. The pain had significantly limited my life—I couldn’t take long walks, couldn’t drive for more than 20 minutes, and nearly every pair of shoes I owned triggered the discomfort.
By the end of the summer, I had a wedding to attend, and the thought of wearing heels filled me with fear. But after about eight weeks of treatment at BAM Acupuncture, something incredible happened—I felt *zero* pain, something I hadn’t experienced in a very long time.
It truly felt like I got my life back. I’m immensely grateful to the entire team for helping reduce my pain to virtually nothing. I cannot thank them enough.

When I first walked into Buffalo Advanced Medical I knew I was in the right place. Doc Jonathan and his excellent staff gave me a comprehensive evaluation and went over a treatment plan. I have been diagnosed with neuropathy of feet and lower extremities, and been told for many years there was no cure for this condition. While nearing the end of my treatments I am happy to say I have regained feelings and movements and for the first time in years I can function so much better! If you have been avoiding acupuncture because of a fear of needles, this is your sign to schedule your consult. I wish I had started sooner! The needles are placed in less than a minute, and you can’t feel them when they come out. Jonathan is passionate about improving a patient’s quality of life, and I cannot thank him enough for giving me my life back. Remember - on the other side of your fear, you might find freedom.
