My basement recently flooded with almost two feet of water, and Paul Davis of North Country responded to my phone call immediately the same day. They got right to work and handled everything quickly and professionally. The Paul Davis crew were genuinely polite and extremely helpful. My basement flooded due to a power failure during a storm, both sump pumps stopped working. It was a very difficult time in my life. My son was seriously ill when the flood happened, I contacted Paul Davis told them the situation. They not only did a great job on my basement but were very concerned about my situation with my son and worked when it was convenient for me. They did a great job and completely dried out my basement. I can't thank them enough for a great job and their compassionate care.
