Had a broken shut off valve to our outside water along with a broken spout outside. Water was flowing out full force. Had to shut off the water to entire house in order to stop it. Citywide was great! Kept us updated as far as when a tech would be able to get to us afterhours. Once he arrived he was fast and we were very happy with him and appreciated him coming out at 11:30pm after he already ended his shift. My aunt used them previously and was also happy & recomended them to us. We will definitly use again if needed.
** had to call them a 2nd time for totally diffrent reason anout 8 m9nths later for a cracked drain pipe. They came on a Sunday as promised......read full review
