My 14.5 year old chihuahua-minpin, Boxer, needed his nails done. He will definitely be a returning customer because as soon as you walked into the place they were all so welcoming making him and myself feel comfortable. They are seriously wonderful people to work with. They are the reason why I prefer local places over big box stores. They offer self washing stations and are easy to book. But they really like to get to know you and your dog. The staff is super friendly to people and pups alike.

I mentioned to Lynn that I hurt my knee to make sure the back door was unlocked. She was nice enough to offer and help me bring my dog in. She then helped take her back out. They can be pricey but the personal and consistent service is worth it.
