The amount of heat is totally adjustable and surroundings is quiet and warm for a nice relaxing experience in both the sauna and Hand and Foot detox. Then a brisk walk to her secluded hot tub tops off the adventure. Sort of redirects your thoughts for the day! I had a great experience at Ion Life! Christine was so wonderful, personable, and easy to communicate with. I was able to try the deluxe package so I was able to try out 3 different spa services- hot tub, salt domes, and infared sauna. Christine was there to great me, show me around, and alerted me when it was time to change services. There was still an incredible sense of privacy. I loved Ion Life because it didn't feel intimidating like some other spas- the entire space has a feeling of warmth, cleanliness, and is so nicely curated (beautiful furniture, great art on the walls, lovely music playing). Loved my experience at Chris' spa! Conveniently located near Watkins Glen and Seneca lake and its' wineries, the spa offers a sauna, hot tub, and salt therapy to promote relaxation and wellness. I highly recommend this experience to anyone who enjoys taking time for self care and healing!
