I have gone to Rachelle a handful of times over the last couple years and she always does a great job.I love the atmosphere of the salon and enjoy looking at other things they have for sale as well - such as locally made jewelry and clothing.

Alyssa does such a wonderful job on my hair. I've seen her for full foil highlights and a cut several times now and my hair keeps getting healthier and healthier. I never truly know what I want and just blurt out random things - I also don't exactly take care of my hair as well as I should - yet she takes care of my needs every single time! She's super helpful with products as well but not in a pushy way. I love the vibes in Local Honey - everyone is so nice and the atmosphere is great. This is the only salon in Buffalo that I feel comfortable in and trust.

I’m looking for a place to get my hair cut and colored, and I don’t really have a regular stylist since I neglect my hair. I see the most recent review mentioning Rachelle in a less than desirable way, and I just want to say that back in 2021 I got a full double process (whole head bleached) on my already fully highlighted level 6 hair. She made it look so beautiful and somehow toned it to perfection and with as little damage as possible while dealing with bleach. I always go through reviews before using a service and I wasn’t prompted to do this. Just wanted to say that I had an excellent experience and I’m thinking of going back.
