Ingersoll’s whole team and process was professional and of the highest quality. I searched for three years for a company in Buffalo willing to take on the project of restoring this 1978 redwood house. Not only did they say yes immediately when other contractors pulled away as soon as they saw it. But their quote was very reasonable. They were highly communicative and we worked together on a very difficult project. They were here for nearly a month working on the house and I couldn’t be more thrilled with the results. They truly cared for my home and this project.

Ingersoll finished our third floor attic in Elmwood Village. They always returned calls quickly; they were 100% clear up front about all costs and stuck to them; they always showed up when they said they would; they were good to have around the house (shout out to Andy, Jason, and Ritchie, who were awesome). It was a big &complicated job so occasionally something didn't go right, they fixed without complaining even if it was a big pain in the neck for them. They weren't the cheapest but you really got what you pay for.
