I’m coming here for few years already and mostly love to take #hiitpilates classes and sometimes yoga ?‍♀️Very clean and big facility with a bunch of great classes and teachers!I really enjoying classes with Eileen - full house , great energy and music guarantee!If you looking to come for the first time it’s might be too intense but it’s definitely great feeling after!Today took class with Lauren and she was good too( unexpectedly) - lots of push-ups and plans that I really love to do!Jared and Neil’s also do great Pilates classes .If I want some yoga - I always love Saturdays 10:30am class with Boris, its amazing class and always bunch of people , so make...read full review

Took a trial class with Boris. He was very good and attentive to the students in the class. It was great reintroduction to hot yoga after not practicing for a few years. I’m definitely Italy coming back to take advantage their awesome new student offer. I look forward to improving the hell out of myself :)

I am obsessed with this studio and especially Eileen! She is top! The real deal! Dedicated and professional. I look forward to every single one of her classes knowing I’m going to walk out of there feeling fully pumped, energized and amazing! The uncanny effort she puts into every class is incredible and I’m extremely grateful. Her sets are perfectly synchronized with the next set of moves and her music and energy is always on point! Thank you Eileen for encouraging us to reach our fullest potential and creating the changes in our bodies we strive for!
