This is a long-running business, owner claimed he's been in business for 45 years. He was very helpful when I needed to replace my door lock for my front door. He offered me different options to replace the lock with and the product was a name brand, Guard-Security.The lock with a lock latch, costed $30. Without the latch, it costs $25. Replacement keys cost $3.25 and when I was missing the Escutcheon for the keyhole, he replaced it, free of charge. Great customer service.

The best i had lost the key to my battery for my bike without that key i cant unlock the battery when to a few places they told me they couldn't when hear and he was able to make me a key i was so happy. Highly recommend.

I lost the keys to my Honda CRV as well as the second key several months earlier. Frank was right on top of it. Keys had to be ordered and programmed but he said he could have it to me in several hours. Due to conflicts in schedule I asked if he could do it the following day and he was there first thing in the morning. Prices are reasonable and almost a third of what I would have had to pay if I had it done by a Honda dealer (PLUS towing to the dealer-they wouldn't come to me). Frank has been in business in Brooklyn for over 40 years and understands his customers' needs and worries. He definitely goes the extra mile. I would wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone.
