I can't say enough about Evan, the owner. He's less of a hairdresser and more of an artist. At $65 a cut this place is an absolute steal for what you get. Evan is insanely hard-working and a perfectionist about his craft. I promise he will leave you feeling like a movie star. Shout out to Annie at the front-desk too.

I've had my hair cut here for about 3yrs. The owner had been a barber at a different shop and it was the best haircut I'd had in years so I followed him when he opened Monteman. It takes me an hour, sometimes more, to get there and it's still worth it. Three different barbers have cut my hair here, Gino Jimmy and Evan and I've been equally happy.

Evan is a master barber, passionate about his craft and meticulously executes an exceptional cut everytime I’ve been the last two years and counting.He expects excellence from his team and generously offers real-time guidance in an environment where learning is encouraged but the highest quality in the final product is always delivered.Be prepared to spend over $80 for a haircut and beard trim, but know it’s the best you’ll get, period.
