King's bridge is very expensive. The people are nice, however, to dry, clean a jacket. Or a blazer is very expensive, so reconsider going somewhere else. If you just need to dry clean and not alter .

I have also been patronizing Kingsbridge Cleaners for 20+ years. I continue to bring my clothes here to be cleaned and tailored due to the consistent care and quality of work they do to prepare them. I most recently brought in a dress my mom made for me when I was one year old. The dress needed a vintage-type ribbon added, and it needed to be dry-cleaned. My eyes sweltered when I saw my vintage childhood treasure in the gift box it was packed in. Victoria found/selected a ribbon that matched the dress perfectly. The dress was perfectly laid upon pre-formed tissue, giving it shape, and meticulously placed in a gift box with a gift ribbon tied with a bow. I can not thank... read full review

UPDATE: I contacted a team lead who coordinated having the item fixed. However, the same seamstress was going to be assigned so I asked for someone else know the original person must have thought they had done the work correctly. The new seamstress was professional, knew exactly what techniques had been improperly used, and how to fix it. It's not perfect because the poor fabric cuts had already been made, but the revisions to the stitching, elastic size, and anchoring of the elastic were done well and correctly. I appreciate them making this right but would hesitate to use again unless I can request a specific seamstress & the quality customer respect I received... read full review
