My hair stylist was great. I had long curly hair down almost to the bottom of my back i wanted a big change. She gave me a short layered pixie cut She spent a lot of time and did a great job. The only problem was with the manager. Not knowing I spoke Spanish, she started speaking Spanish to my stylist as soon as I sat down in the chair and put 3 products down and told her in Spanish to sell me these products, wait a few minutes and then really push them and make sure she sells them to me. I used to go to Rachel's salon on 5th Ave and 3rd street. But due to the owners excessive lateness all the time I went to Judy's instead. They took me right away and I loved the end product. Judy's is definitely my new hair salon.
