Had a great experience with J.L.Our tech Ori was terrific. I’m sensitive to scents and the shampoo was a little stronger than I liked but it quickly dissipated. Next time I’d probably do it on a warm day so I could have windows open. Overall I’d recommend. They were very professional and my couch looked great after.

We have used J.L. for years - both personally and for our clients. They never disappoint. Customer service is excellent and they manage to make our carpets and furniture look better than when we purchased them!

I recently cold-called J. L. Carpet & Upholstery to clean our sofa after having seen many very positive reviews in our Stuytown/Peter Cooper Village neighborhood blog and online as well. Glad to say that the reviews were all spot on, and our beloved 20-year old sofa now looks and feels as good as new. From making the appointment through the online office (Thank you, Rashel) through the technician arriving right on time, setting up the equipment, doing an excellent job cleaning the sofa, and then neatening up afterwards (Thank you, Ori), we could not have been more pleased with the experience and the results.
