I highly recommend Lisa at Inner Yin. Her approach is gentle, empathetic and very effective. Every time I finish a visit I feel like she has fixed me. I feel calmer, lighter, taller(!) and in balance. It’s kind of crazy how much better I feel. She has helped me so much by taking down my stress and anxiety. And I sleep great after she treats me!
I have had such a great experience at Inner Yin with Caitlin, Stephanie, and Felicia for 8 months now. I had never done acupuncture before and it's helped me feel so much more relaxed and balanced. This has been a great addition to my overall health journey, and I am fortunate that it has been covered by my particular insurance. I also loved my cupping massage and moxibustion with Caitlin. Highly recommend all services offered!
