Best trainer I've worked with - he tailors your workouts based on the physical activities that you do in your spare time, and he tries to promote holistic health unlike trainers that focus on just getting you sweating or lifting the highest number. I learned a lot not just about how to have good form when lifting, but also about stretching, overall habits (breathing/posture), and more. Also he's just a super friendly guy that grew up in the neighborhood; I'd consider him to be a friend as well as my trainer.

Miguel is an amazing trainer and has changed my life in so many positive ways. Whether you're starting from zero, training for MMA, or training for other sports, he'll get you conditioned in a way that's fast and injury free. He'll tell you exactly why you're doing a particular exercise, educate you on how your muscle groups interact with one another so you know exactly what's going on when you're doing an exercise, and will help you reach your goals by training you hard and effectively.
