Toby is the absolute best.My son was mugged walking home in Brooklyn. They took his keys and ID. It was incredibly scary and stressful. Toby picked up on the first call. Scheduled to get the locks changed super fast around my son's class schedule. His price was very fair and he got everything replaced and working. Most importantly he actually showed concern and bent over backwards to help us out. That is really hard to find. I could not give a higher recommendation.
Toby from falcon locksmith was awesome, the work is very professional. He was fast and respectful of your place. He cleaned up after himself and was super knowledgeable on the product and what you need. Highly recommend.
Everything you would want/need in a locksmith. Got the job done (of installing a new smart lock) quickly and still checked over his work multiple times to make sure it was done correct. He was also able to identify another issue that I didn’t mention (tightness of the lock) and fixed that quickly as well for no extra charge. I will be saving his number for future reference.
