Dr. Korngut, when he was at his old location, was a great value. Since moving to his shiny new facility in Brooklyn Heights, his prices have become astronomical. He is a good, if not great, dentist, but you are paying Manhattan prices due to the location of his new office. From the minute you walk through the door, he seemed to small-talk and gossip and shmooze you nonstop. Looking back, it seemed that despite him being a competent professional, he also needed to use a long running dialogue, in order to keep patients on board and continue to pay the high prices.
