The biggest relief during my CAT scan appointment was how straightforward everything felt. City Wide Radiology did not overcomplicate the process. Instructions were clear, the technician guided me step by step, and nothing felt rushed. The equipment looked modern and the environment felt clean. A very positive experience overall.

Horrible place, untrained medical staff, careless front desk. My mother was sent to this place by her PCP for CT scan and I've never seen such an unprofessional medical facility. They couldn't find a vein to inject contrast (she's a middle age lady, average weight, no prior issues like this). They ended up calling her PCP, like LADIES no ones gonna tell you over the phone how to do your job. She left with both arms bruised and sore, couldn't go back to work. I assume that they had no experience. She spend 4 hours there and on the top of that she waited almost for two weeks for her results (they claim to have it ready in 2-3 business days). They either didn't pick up the phone or were clueless on when we gonna get the results back. I don't know what doctors they hire or what templates they use but the radiologist wrote on her report that her PROSTATE is within normal limits, mind that she has no prostate. Definitely will not leave that and report this place to NYS Department of Health.

DO NOT GO HERE! (I went there on a morning of a freezing, icy snow storm with a cast on a broken leg, test were unrelated to the broken leg, but take this into consideration.) Worst most unprofessional, uncaring people to be in the radiology business. Even the Manager after filing a compalint was aware of the following. After being put into a MRI machine for a long period of time, just given foam ear plugs (so you still here all the noise from machine, it was freezing, techs & other people come into the room and tell me there is a problem, not me but the machine is not working, it's too cold! Really who was watching the supposed images on the other side for 20 minutes before they realized something was wrong!
It gets worse, in the mean time I needed another test cortoid artery sono. Told to go do that test, to see if they can get MRI running & warmed up. Well the sono lady yes I will refer to her as lady & not tech was the meanest, most nastiest, unprofessional tech I ever experienced. (I was upset with what just happened in the MRI machine, remember I have a cast on my leg & came out in this freezing icing conditions), She told me to shut up, leave my negativity outside & lay down. I coughed while she pressed so hard on my throat got yelled at that I ruined the test because I coughed, well excuse me should I have chocked instead, I told her to stop the test I no longer wanted her to touch me & she forcfully kept on. When test was over I went to use restroom right in office where I had the test, the other restroom was outside the office down the hall & she told me I couldn't use that room because she was going to use go to the 1 down the hall! Oh yes she didn't see my invisible cast, rather make me walk down the hall, then herself over a patient.
I reported this incident to management, management was aware the MRI was not working, said they knew & were not suppose to be using util repaired and also got many complaints about the sono tech. So tell me why is the Sono lady still working there if management knows she's nasty & unprofessional, & why they just didn't call & reschedule my appointment on such a badweather day kowing the MRI machine was broken & not to be used. MONEY PIT make that money from our insurance comanys, and screw the patients treatment!
Lastly after a month my doctor never received the Sono results. There you go Do Not Go Here! Just a word of true advice you do not have to go to wher your doctor tells you to go forradiology testing, it's your choice. It boils down to it's all about the money not you.

I can't even get them to answer the phone. Someone is either picking up to transfer the call or the are just hanging up. The level of incompetence seems to be palpable! Management can't wonder why if business starts to falter. The reception team seems as welcoming as a toothache!

Terrible, rude & unprofessional reception. Will leave you on hold & completely forget. One lady said “Hey ima call you back” as if she was talking to a homeboy. So unprofessional. The only reason I called was because my mothers doctor referred her here to get an X-ray. Terrible experience

They don't care about patients.they want you to come to see the dr for every single little thing to get the visit.and they help patient with anything. They don't do authorization for your medication or your tests. If you ask them any question the answer is always no or I don't know. They don't call you if your blood work is done and there is something you really need to know.they never smile for patients.

I have been a patient for many years and have been quite impressed with their continued excellent service upon arrival. This health facility is quite knowledgeable in their practice and are very professional. If you need to get in right away and be attended they will ultimately try their very best to accommodate you on schedule for that day depending on your service and take the necessary time to fulfill this..I have never been disappointed and have never ever been taken advantage of at all.They are very fair on their prices and more.
