An unprofessional and uneducated practice that is nothing more than a place for taking your temperature. Don’t come for an actual urgent medical situation that requires more than Google. We needed a doctor to help ensure things were ok after fainting on a new medication. The PA on call did not know the names of basic household medications and sat, disheveled, on a seat nearby asking us to repeat ourselves 4 times describing the situation. The woman working the front desk was nice enough to say they’d take us when we walked in late but the MA on call had a horrible attitude saying she’d shred our papers when we left due to the PA’s lack of medical knowledge. Community, beware of this place.

I came here, particularly to the doctor Yitzi . My ear was bothering me for days and I went into urgent care. He was so pleasant compassionate treat you like family. . Kept me calm humorous . He an angel in amazing way and I did tell him how nice was . . I said thank you so much. This is why I came here to be sure, to be sure to a review . The front desk staff as well . It’s hard to find these days . Not just say hey, take a number have a seat . Very so nice and pleasant. Professional I’m usually in and out when I do get there, . I went there and went out my area just to go there . Because I like how they treat there patients, Doctor Yitzi he’s like top-of-the-line. He’s like Michael Jordan superstar. I left feeling much better . Not just the relief from my ear issue it’s just the way they make you feel treat you like family . I would recommend any of my family or friends to come to this location . You rock Doctor Yitzi . Hear me lol 🤗🤗

I went in there at night and was pretty rattled so I don't remember the doctor's name, but based on the other reviews I'm pretty sure it was Dr Yitzi Shollar. Everyone there was so unbelievably kind, warm, helpful and non-judgmental. The nurse at the desk was truly incredible, as well as the doctor. They saw me so quickly, gave amazing care, and went above and beyond with advice. I am so incredibly grateful that this is where I ended up going, they made a tough situation so much more bearable. I'm accident prone and have found myself in many urgent cares and hospitals, and this was by far the best experience I've ever had at a medical care facility.

I have heard glowing reviews about Provider Yitzi Shollar PA-C but didn't get to see him in action till yesterday when I brought in a close friend of mine (who doesn't have a smartphone hence me writing the review). Anyhow was an amazing, caring and culturally compatible experience and the MA Ari was also very nice and helpful. Definitely recommending to others.
Dr Yitzi has the best bedside manner!! Had to get stitches and he was very comforting and informative

It’s funny because I live next to the chai urgent near domino park and it was closed so I had to come to this one. The reviews for the other sister location closer to me were HORRIBLE and this one had an average of 4 stars. Can confidently say this location was VERY NICE. They were kind, fast, and helpful. As someone who often hates going to healthcare in NYC due to the demeanor of the workers while you’re unwell, can recommend this place.

Around 9:20pm I sliced my finger pretty severely, to the point I seen beyond the white meat. Called Chai at 9:27pm just to assure they were open until 11pm as listed and to find out if they would see me with my condition or if I had to go to the ER. The receptionist assured they can treat my injury. Arrived, and was seen immediately… PA Yitzy (who might I add was AMAZING) his chair-side manner was impeccable, he showed such empathy, concern and did everything to make me comfortable, stay calm all while explaining and walking step by step throughout the process. (6) stitches and a bunch of blood later. Happy to say I made it!!!! Thank you Chai…N.W
P.s Mr. Yitzy let me know they literally JUST reopened the location; mind you I never knew they closed in the first place 😂
