Made an appointment at the beginning of the year to get a cleaning. The EARLIEST appointment they had was 4 months away, and after waiting all that time for my appointment, they canceled and told me the next appointment I could get wouldn't be for another two months. NEVER have I had such a terrible experience with a medical provider. Unprofessional and apathetic. Never write a review, especially a negative one but this office practically wrote it for me. High recommend going somewhere else.

Very bad customer service. When there is prescription delayed, no one wants to help and the front desk is very rude and not willingly to help. The front desk staff are not well trained. And managers are also difficult to reach and never pick up the phone.
