Big Apple is my only call for all my plumbing needs. They are true professionals. Jessica the office manager is a pleasure to speak to, she is very courteous and answered all my questions.
Nick at Big Apple Installations was fantastic to work with. I had two NYC DOB violations, and Nick was able to guide me on how to resolve the issues. He was not the cheapest (something I learned a while ago is that you get what you pay for in construction), and I am very glad I picked him. I needed plumbing work done in the basement. The work was done quickly, efficiently, and the result was impeccable. Communication was fantastic, and this was even though I was in South America while the work was being done. I highly recommend anyone to go with Big Apple Installations for any plumbing work that you need.
Outstanding service. Quick, fast, to the point, very knowledgeable and above all, honest. I used them for the third or fourth time for a different issue every time, and they always deliver. Kudos to Nick, Jessica and the entire team!
