Overpriced and avoid telling you the price until the service is complete. I came in November for a wash and set and was charged $40. Came and got the same service and now it is $70. Almost doubled in 3 months? No. They used expensive hair products according to them, and didn't even give me an option to use regular products. Slow slow service and the room is empty all the time. Now I see why. Oh and of course, expect them to criticize your hair/complain you have too much while doing the service. I went for a facial , I paid $150 . The lady who did my facial I think never did one before . I can’t believe I was charged that much . Please don’t waste you money . She doesn’t know what she is doing . ???

I made an appointment here for my eyebrows more than two weeks in advance, the eyebrows specialist confirmed my appointment and my treatment deposit. After two hours of commute from Brooklyn when I got to the place I was told that she no longer worked there. Multiple calls where made to get in touch with her, but non were successful. I wasted 4 hours of commute, 30 mins at the facility and a unnecessary day off that could of been used to save lives at the hospital. Terrible experience. Very unprofessional.
