I guess it’s all the same at these African hair Brading shops. No customer service, they tell you to come at a specific time just to have you wait, they lack customer service. I went in today just to get half of my hair braided they told me to come back in a hour. I come back in a hour to still have to wait another hour so that’s 2 hours. When I ask the lady how much longer do I have to wait she said the Braider will be here in 10mins. Once she finally arrived she took someone else. haha this place is a joke. If I can’t save one person from coming here that’s good enough don’t WASTE YOUR TIME COMING HERE YOULL BE WAITING FOREVER AND ITS NOT LIKE THEY CARE. Maybe if I was African I would get treated better. Oh I ended up leaving cause I was not going to wait 3 hrs for a style that takes 30mins

So I made an appointment with Fatou's sister for 5pm and I got there at 4: 40pm and they made me wait til 6pm. Y make an appointment if your not gonna keep it!! Very unprofessional they all had customers and it seems like they did more talking than braiding smh will never returnService: Braids

They originally told me that two cornrows with hair and a wash and blow was $60… I get that done regularly for 30 but my regular girl was busy. I didn’t say anything I know they gave me those prices because I’m white lol She also burnt my head on purpose and tried to get me to leave without tying the two braids ? she also asked me if I’ve done this before (while she was braiding me) and when I said yeah, I get it done for $30 she lowered the price. LMAO
