Saturday early morning woke up to a loud noise of water overflowing my second floor gutter. Plugged up and water overflowing on my house. I called multiple roofers and only All Island Pro answered me and came to me on a Saturday. He fixed the gutters quickly and perfectly! Unbelievably great service. I highly recommend this company.

From estimate (only person to go on the roof to check my chimney so no surprise charges later) to completion of job (reinstalling bluestone walkway and chimney repair), this was a great experience. The workers were respectful - 1) any issue was answered with a "don't worry" and was taken care of; 2) each day, upon completion of day's work, place was left clean; and 3) they kept it a quiet work zone until I played music. Most importantly, communication was great and they did not mind me overlooking their work. These guys are great and I would highly recommend them and would give them an A for a job well done. Any future jobs. I know I will call them first.

I needed a new roof b vent and termination cap assembly (natural gas boiler) for my 33 year old house. The old one was crumbling and in disrepair. Ferrar came on Saturday to give me an estimate and two of his crew came today - 8:00 am on TU, 7/9, to do the install. They were in and out in two hours. They did an amazing job and were professional, polite and respectful. I would highly recommend All Island Pro for roofing and home repairs.

I highly recommend all island pro. We needed a new roof. Tony the nicest guy came and gave us an estimate. They came stripped the roof replaced the shingles. The hardest working men I've ever seen.The clean up was fantastic. You wouldn't know they were ever here.

HORRIBLE…I’d give no stars if that was an option. NO COMMUNICATION SKILLS!! My wife took 5 days of personal time off at the request of management to “supervise” the job…of those 5 days the workers and managers were no call no show for 3 sunny days. We were originally quoted a price of $23,000.00 At jobs completion a “fascia” repair of $2500.00 was added to the bill…no written estimate for the new work…no signed addition to the contract. The additional work was done WITHOUT OUR CONSENT or APPROVAL!!! The workers cut our cable line to install several Siding panels (so I was told) it cost $250.00 to have a tech come and repair the cable line. Several outdoor lighting fixtures were damaged by the unskilled non union worker. It cost us $900.00 to have our electrician repair the damage and reinstall the lighting fixtures. We found cigarette buts, banana peels and empty bottles of water on our property from the rude incompetent workers used to work on our home. DON’T EVER USE ALL ISLAND PRO!!!
