Richard Storms was the gentleman who took care of my heatpump. He cleaned it up and got it looking and running like new. He also informed us about the dangers of power outage to the unit and made recommendations on that. It's clear that he understands his line of work and takes pride in it. Thanks again!

John Adrat did my repair. He did excellent work and knew exactly what he was doing. He also was quick and efficient especially for being alone for the job, he removed tho old one and installed the new one the same day I called within a few hours. One thing that stood out from most service technicians is he was entertaining and informative so I didn't get bored while waiting. I would highly recommend him and would gladly ask for him if I need more work done in the future.
