January 2017 my family was hit with some devastating news that we needed to make final arrangements for my mother. My mother and father live in Plainview and there is literally a funeral home down the block from my parents home. My dad went to their main office in Hicksville and he felt as if they were doing him a favor by letting him do business with them. So my dad asked if I would go with him to Arthur F. White Funeral Home in Bethpage. The main office is in Farmingdale. My dad said, “From the moment we walked in the door it just felt different”.
