Amazing staff and front office, I cannot speak for any other dental 365 location but I can speak for this one. They have amazing hygienists who actually clean your teeth and dentists who care. I have been coming here for more than 10 years and while the corporate name changed, the quality of care did not.
I’ve been going to this dental office for over 9 years! They have helped me with emergency appointments multiple times. The manager Amanda is the best! She always goes above and beyond to accommodate me. Dr. Bourkes is my favorite dentist!! She always takes her time with me and makes me feel extremely comfortable. Michelle is the best hygienist!! She is so sweet. I’m never stressed or scared to come in for my cleanings. Great atmosphere. Excellent all around!
I found this practice through my kids and have seen Dr Mediavilla. She is phenomenal in every department. Gentle, nice, and her work has been impeccable. I did not go to a dentist for a number of years and now that I have her I don’t mind going nearly as much. Front desk staff and assistant's are all extremely helpful and sweet. An honest review of this office and Dr. Mediavilla would be FIVE STARS!!
