I've been going to Top Shelf for a few years and they are absolutely the BEST. Tommy has done all my tattoos and he is hands down the best artist I've used. His work is always meticulous and exceeds my expectations each time. The shop is clean and well maintained and everyone is super sweet. Top Shelf Tattoo is amazing, I went in with a vision, walked out with a dream tattoo that Rob did, he is so amazing artist wise and personality wise. Scott made me feel instantly comfortable. I will be coming back for a back piece.

I just left Top Shelf this afternoon. I am beyond pleased with my experience. Rob did my tattoo, and it came out exactly how I wanted it to. Not only was the work beautiful, but Rob was precise, gentle, and was so kind and professional. We chatted and time passed so fast; I will definitely be returning to Rob and this fantastic shop.
