I've just picked up my glasses eye & I Bell Blvd. Experience was outstanding, where the exceptional friendliness of the staff and their commitment to customer satisfaction truly stood out. From the warm welcome to the thorough eye examination and expert guidance in choosing frames, every aspect of my visit was marked by professionalism and genuine care. Eye & I is more than just an eyeglass store; it's a haven for those seeking personalized and top-notch service in the world of eyewear. I wholeheartedly recommend eye & I to anyone in search of both stylish frames and an unparalleled customer experience.
Great followup and reminder system from Eye and I , visited their 2nd time today since last year for my eye testing and new glasses . On entering I was welcome by young lady Joy , super helpful who assisted and walked me to 1st floor waiting area . Where I was called by other nice young lady for testing followed by very knowledgeable courteous doctor for eye checkup . Front desk Jay and Joy reccomended the frame which fitted well.Place is clean and well organized with good selection of frames. Thank you so much for your great service team Eye and I Bayside , Newyork.
