Dear George and Solon I just want to take this opportunity to thank you and your company for manufacturing and installing such stunning doors. From the minute my husband and I entered your showroom we knew we were making the right choice and investment in our home. Chris our salesperson provided us with a variety of glass types that we were not afforded to us at other companies. He also provided us with different custom designs of the wrought iron, that were not offered at other companies. Our new front door was definitely not going to be a cookie cutter door. Chris was then able to show us what the finished product would look like on our home. We were so excited to see how beautiful it would look. While there, we also decided to purchase a new sliding glass door with the blinds in-between the glass panes. The manufacturing took a little longer then we anticipated but we realized with Covid everything is so back logged. My doors were installed by Chris and his assistant Davie over a period of 2 days. Immediately we knew we were in the best of hands with our install. Chris is a true craftsman and gentleman and was able to deal with any and all issues that arose for both the front and back door installation. He took the time to show us all the features of our new doors and how to properly maintain them. He answered all of our questions. He is an asset to your company! As it turns out several of our friends and family were so impressed with the quality and installation of our doors that they plan to visit your company in the near future to shop for their new doors. The pictures I am sending you I have also posted on social media and have received an out pouring of compliments. My new front door has vastly improved the look of my home. Again I want to thank you and your company for delivering excellent doors as promised We will continue to recommend your company to everyone. They do crappy work. Built me a deck and used horrible wood and over cut all the joints. Never came back to address my complaints. Had to pay another contractor to fix their bad work.

I LOVE MY NEW FRONT DOORS! Thank you so much Daniel Wiener for making my house STAND OUT! I love my custom full glass door..it sparkles and shines just as I imagined! Your company went above and beyond! The day I walked in just to look at a few doors, Danny gave me the BEST Education on what exactly a door should be/should have and how it should be made :) He also showed me pictures of how other doors deteriorate because of poor craftsmanship like my old ugly rotted door! He was so thorough and showed me step by step details of how his doors are made with SUPERB quality compared to all the other manufacturers I was looking at. Hands down, there is no comparison! The doors are beautiful inside and out..and also SEAMLESS! Unlike my old doors where I saw every screw and part...these doors are hand crafted with elegance! Besides my excitement with Royal Windows and Doors my own neighbor Jimmy came over the first day it was installed and said "Wow! You have the nicest door in this community, it stands out like no other!" Then Jimmy asked for Danny's number :) I told him I would love for him to get the same door as well, it would be a huge compliment! Thank you again Danny & your workers for all the hard work and dedication! I also must mention they went above and beyond by helping me install my Nest doorbell! THANK YOU! I purchased two screen doors, one back door and an elegant front door from Royal. They are the utmost professionals. When we went to the showroom they took the time to help us select all the doors...it was a long process. We never felt pressured or rushed and asked many questions.When they come to measure - everything is precise. Their products are manufacturered at the factory and are of high quality. They installed the doors yesterday. The installation was outstanding. Everything was perfect. It took them the whole day - if they find something unexpected they fix it. They are craftsman - not your typical installers - they areexperienced, knowledgeable and perfectionists- which we loved. They clean everything up and take the old doors away. We highly recommend this company to everyone. You absouletly get what you pay for with this company and they guarantee their products and workmanship.
