The seamstresses Adrianne and Liz are absolutely amazing. They carry the brunt of the sewing work on their back. I would highly suggest coming here because the consultation and revisions (if necessary) are free. When I needed work on my dress after I got it back, they altered it and got it to me so quickly! I had come a few weeks before my event and they welcomed me with open arms and acceptance, with true quotes about how much it would cost. They are so reliable and incredibly kind:)

I’ve taken many items to Batavia Tailors for alterations and they usually do a great job. My complaint is that the drapes I just had shortened came back very wrinkled and look terrible. This is the first time they’ve ever disappointed me.

I had a bridesmaids dress I needed to get altered. In short, the cups were too large and I needed the top taken in. The tailor was super nice, and worked with me to make sure the dress fit correctly. But, now the dress fits but there is a weird seam that wasn't there before and it causes the fabric to bunch. Not a huge deal, I can probably pin it to fix it, but I shouldn't have to alter something I paid to be altered. I end up having to make a few visits because the tailor is only in on Mondays and Thursdays, and I finally pick up the dress weeks later and take the dress out of the bag to find it has multiple stains on it.
