I reached out to big apple after a rain storm about a week ago. After talking to Jonathan on the phone I felt immediately comfortable with the company. He was extremely knowledgeable. Jimmy showed up the next day with his drone and samples of materials. I got the quote 2 hours after jimmy left. With the leaks I was having I made a quick decision to use big apple. Jonathan and his crew showed up 3 days later to replace my entire flat roof, gutter, and hatch. The crew got it done in 1 day. What I loved most is they used a crane to get the garbage down. From start to finish everything was extremely smooth and efficient. I'd highly recommend big apple to friends and family!
