Telmo and staff were incredible. Wash and dry and head massage included unexpected. Great haircut and a great price and a great neighborhood. We’ll definitely be back.

Had an amazing curly cut with Sandra! She took the time to layer my hair beautifully and even offered styling tips. It’s always hard to find someone who can cut curly hair well but she was on the best stylists I’ve been to.

I want to correct several inaccuracies in your response.
I did not ask for balayage as I already have highlights, so that wouldn’t make sense. I also did not compliment the atmosphere at all, so I’m not sure where that is coming from. Where are the before and after pics?
More importantly, the result of the haircut speaks for itself. It is uneven, choppy, and looks nothing like the reference photo I provided. Since leaving your salon, every person I’ve come across has commented on how awful my hair looks, which has been extremely embarrassing, especially with events coming up.
Also, to be clear - many people, myself included, freeze in the moment and don’t always know how to react immediately after a service. Being polite or not saying anything on the spot does not mean I was happy with the result.
My review reflects how I actually feel after having time to process the outcome, and I stand by it.
ORIGINAL REVIEW - I tried to give myself time to adjust before writing this, but I’m honestly SO embarrassed by how my hair looks. I don’t even feel comfortable going out, especially with events coming up for this summer.
I booked with Nancy based on her glowing reviews, but my experience was the complete opposite. Before the haircut even started, I was asked to leave a review, which immediately felt unprofessional.
I showed a clear reference photo, and my hair looks NOTHING like it.
Instead, I was pushed to get a $250 Botox treatment. After declining, I was charged $140 for a haircut that is uneven, choppy, and poorly blended. It genuinely looks unfinished and careless. I can’t believe this is what my hair looks like right now. It looks like someone got scissor happy and started snipping away with no concern over what the client wants.
The salon itself also felt messy and unkempt - there were plants everywhere, and the overall aesthetic did not feel polished or well maintained.
Extremely disappointing experience. I would strongly recommend avoiding this salon at all costs and make sure to read the lowest reviews first before booking.
