Eric Kenney takes advantage of the elderly and has still not completed a septic tank replacement for over 6 months. I continuously caught him on one lie after another. First he said the permit expired, but when I called the county I was told it was good for a year. Next it was parts that he waiting for, then his truck broke down and last he was waiting for an additional part that the county said we needed. He claimed he ordered it, but when we called the plumbing supply store he never had. Now he refuses to finish the job unless he is paid prior to completion which is not what the contract says. I hope he enjoys talking to an attorney.

My wife paid Eric Kennedy $22,000 to put in a septic system at our cottage. He subcontracted the work out to Hughson Brothers without our knowledge. He paid Hughson’s $10,000 and pocketed $12,000 for himself for doing nothing. He never completed the finish work and my wife had to pay landscapers to complete the job she had already paid to have done. Eric Kennedy is a criminal as far as we are concerned. My wife trusted him.

Eric Kenney has pumped my septic system for years. Lately I called him to pump it again, it appeared full. He told me that he couldn't get on my property because it had 8 inches of snow on it. I took a measuring tape out and measured. The deepest area measured 2 and 1 half inches. It took him a week to show up and I was not home. He called me and said to pump on that day. I said that if he could leave the bill, I would mail him a Check. He supposedly pumped and called me the next day to inquire if I was home, I told him that I left a Check where I had originally told him I would.
