Well organized, clean, big, and great people. Coach Kayla was very thorough, and helpful pointing out improvements in movements without being pushy.Solid equipment - I saw a lot of Rogue, very good condition barbells, weights, rowers, bikes, etc. Dumbbells and weight plates are very well organized - it makes a difference!!Came for a drop-in workout, and will come again next time I'm in town. highly recommend!
I attended a noon class as a drop-in, and was more than pleased with every aspect (cleanliness, layout, ease of finding equipment) of the gym, as well as the welcome I received from coach Melissa and the seven FTP members who were part of this class. There was just a very positive overall vibe, and were I attending as a CF "newbie" doing a first trial, I would be impressed and encouraged by what seems to be a cohesive and supportive community. I will also mention that in inquiring about doing a drop-in, I received a very enthusiastic welcome from owner Kayla, who generously helped me navigate the online drop-in registration process. I did a drop in class at Crossfit For The People and it was fantastic! The space is nice, the equipment is great but the best part was the community. Everyone was super friendly, supportive and the owner Kayla is the best. I had some back pain (prior to going to her gym), and she texted me suggestions and helped me work through a plan.
