I had a new structure built about 3 years ago and Builders did the spray foam. Initially, all was well. But a few months ago, we notice that it was pretty cold in the "attic" area (which was heated and insulated), especially on some of the very chilly days we had in January. Upon further inspection, we saw that the spray foam had large fissures in it (cracks) where you could see the roof sheathing. It seemed to have shrunk and exposed a lot of places for heat to escape. I contacted my GC who then put me directly in touch with Builders.
