Began training with Seth after my 69th birthday. His combination of part trainer and part cheerleader gets me to the gym for 7am. He also has outstanding knowledge and expertise to share. I could not recommend more highly.
Been working out with Seth since October 2025, love his attitude, attention to detail and immense knowledge about fitness, nutrition, mobility and strength. I always say I go to the gym to feel weak to be strong at everything outside the gym… Golf, Yard-Work, running, playing with my kids have all gotten much easier. I have energy for days, look and feel better and it’s all due to a 3 hour a week commitment to Seth and his AMF gym. I’d recommend this gym to anyone from 80 to 18 looking to get in better shape so you can enjoy more of your life!
Seth is invested in your fitness journey and pushes you to give your 100%. Its been a pleasure to train under him. I gained more confidence in strength training. I wasn't sure if I could lift weights but the fun, well sketched out program build my endurance, mobility over time. He focuses on your individual goals and is always making sure the classes stay fun and productive. If you want to begin strength training and not sure where to start, look no further. This is the best investment you could make for your health and confidence 👏
