    I’ve been working out at AMF for 18 months and I love it! Before I can here I was having trouble staying active and I was having joint pain. Since I started here, I’ve gained physical strength and improved my flexibility. I’ve also learned as TON from Seth about the importance of mindset and discipline. The programs are simple, and they strike a perfect balance of strength training, cardio, and flexibility. The gym itself is large and spacious. It’s loaded with kettlebells, dumbbells, Rogue racks, battle ropes, plyo boxes, sleds, and more. They even have turf! Awesome crew too ?

    AMF has changed my life. Before joining the gym, I had given up on losing weight. But I wanted to improve my fitness, at the very least. Much to my surprise, I have now lost 55 lbs. Even more importantly than that, Seth’s workouts have empowered me to do things I never thought possible at my age, like doing push-ups on the floor, completing multi-day backpacking trips, and learning to ski, just to name a few! If I can get these results, anyone can. All you need to do is consistently show up to the gym for your weekly sessions (however many Seth recommends) and do what he says while you're there.

    I have been working out at AMF for 14 months now and absolutely LOVE the results I have seen. Seth has created a program that appeals to all ages and body types. I will be 62 this month and feel the best I have in decades. Thanks Coach Seth!!
