2 stars for the doctor and front desk staff. They were great.No stars for CHA's system and communication. I had a counseling appointment scheduled that I was excited about and had to wait like 3-4 months for. 3 days before the appointment, I got a voice message from someone at CHA saying my insurance wouldn't cover it, and literally, "I can't tell you how much it will be out of pocket because I don't know." Called a few times over the next couple of days leading up to my appointment, left a message, asking how much it was going to be, never heard anything back. Very frustrated and disappointed.
