Our experience with St. Mary's has been an ever-changing one to say the least. In the last couple of years, since we've been with St. Mary's, my son, Jeff, has gone through 2 primary care physicians. Boo hoo, sad for us, since we really liked the last one assigned to us. My son now has Dr. Calvanese and she is very thorough. Off to a good start. The office is much closer to South Reno, which is a plus. The admitting person was working on her own, and there was a line of people waiting. In spite of that, she was pleasant and kept her cool. After my previous primary care person left St Mary's, I needed to re-establish a primary care relationship. For good healthcare, it's important to have a good rapport with your primary care person. I saw Jessica Chen and she was thorough, asked good questions and was personable and am glad I chose to see her.

I am going to say that I got a reply/response from the business office which pleasantly surprised me. I called back and spoke with a lady there who was patient and attentive. She seemed genuinely interested to make things right. Given that I believe it is fair that I consider these efforts at trying to remedy the issues I am going to change my rating to a 4 star. I will have to wait and see what effects and changes happen
