Purchased new insurance for 2024 so had to change my primary-care provider. The insurance assigned me to Joshua Brahen at Northern Nevada Hopes. Joshua was focused and thorough. I felt very comfortable discussing my personal issues with him. After my visit I had blood drawn at the same facility. It was a very positive experience from the organized check-in staff to Joshua's assistant to Joshua to the phlebotomists. Thank you Northern Nevada Hopes!

My dr Jerika had canceled one of my medications and did not even discuss it with me , when I had seen her earlier that day !!!!!! I found out that my prescription was extremely changed and the original prescription was canceled . I’m changing her as my dr . Because I’m not a child and she isn’t GOD ALMIGHTY . To change anything without discussing it with me first !!!!

Robin wardwell-wood works here now!! ?? She moved from renown, everyone from iop group therapy missed her so much, they stopped going to renown when she left. I miss her a lot, everyone does! She's like a mom to me, she's the reason I didn't commit suicide. She saved a life.
