This owner is conscientious, respectful, responsible and kind. He is highly qualified yet still makes time for each client equally. He listens to you and works diligently. Moved out of my apartment, cats had more or less wrecked the carpet.These guys made it out in like 2 days, fixed everything (no charge from the rental company) and it didn't break the bank.Great service, willing to work with me even while I was moving and couldn't be there in person.Small charge for some stains that needed more than the standard care, but I do mean small.
Had 12 years of tile.build up cleaned. Mom wasn't able to do more than just mop. Jim can. He came he conquered my tiles & they looked fantastic. They look like a different color including the grout. Having him back later this month to do the carpet.Referred 2 people.
