I recently had an issue with my AC not blowing any cold air, so I called this company for help. To my surprise, they sent someone over within the hour! Justin, the technician, was amazing. He got right to work and not only fixed my AC but also went above and beyond by changing my filters and explaining how to maintain my system for the long term. His knowledge and helpfulness were truly impressive. This company provided the best service I've ever experienced—they definitely deserve 5 stars! Highly recommend!
My air conditioner was not cooling. Called 32 degrees and Justin responded very quickly. He troubleshot my system and found that my blower motor had died in my attic. He went up there (in over 100 degree temps), changed the part and had me up and running in no time. Great experience overall!!!
Our AC unit was not holding temperature so reached out to 32 Degrees. I called a little after 7am on a Saturday and spoke with Junior about the issue. He remembered servicing our house just two months ago for routine maintenance . He refilled our unit and was very informative about the next steps if/when we may have issues again. He was not able to charge me for this visit, but based on his honesty and information I will definitely be using 32 Degrees in the future.
